Virginia Creeper on the old pumphouse in the fall. Perennials will be listed on a separate page in more detail, however, there are a few perennials which we offer in small pots or 6-packs before June 1st. We pot them up to 6 inch or gallons when they become too large for the smaller size. Buy perennials early in small containers and get a good price break. Most will be full size plants by the end of the summer. Some perennials take two years to bloom. They are biennial perennials. A true biennial doesn't bloom until the second year and then it dies. Hollyhocks are a good example of a true biennial. Seedlings grow each year to replace the ones that die. Perennial and vines will be listed here. |
