12/22/07	We love showing off this house but we're selling!
10/9/06	NMBA Showcase of Homes Tour was a success! The green grass shown through the autumn leaves scattered everywhere and the view of the lake was lovely! *Thank You...* *To Everywhere who came to enjoy this home and the many others on the tour!*
6/30/06	Finishing garage interior walls. Rock retaining wall built in front.
4/26/06	Preparing for Open House on Saturday, Apr 29,10 am - 5 pm and Sunday April 30, 1 - 5 pm
2/23/06	Great Room's main light fixture and kitchen lighting installed. Lots of details completed. Looking good!
12/05/05	Adjustable electric in-floor heat makes for toasty toes under ceramic tile in both main floor bathrooms. Gas fireplace works great! Wall ceramic tile in master bath, around tub, complete.
11/09/05	All carpeting installed: master and guest bedrooms. All real wood laminate flooring installed: great room. Ceramic tile flooring complete today: remainder of upstairs flooring.
11/06/05	Carpet installed in guest bedroom. Ceramic tile flooring being installed in garage/front entryway, "guest hallway", and master bathroom. Pressure tank is installed. County septic inspection complete and approved.
10/29/05	Unique woodwork above fireplace mantel and living room lakeside windows. Unique ash railing around staircase. Real hardwood laminate flooring installation is in-progress. Gas fireplace is working. Window and door trimwork complete. Rock retaining wall near lakeside walk-out is built.
10/04/05	Beautiful kitchen countertop! Ceiling insulation nearly complete. Door and window trimwork installation in-progress.
9/17/05	"Chestnut" Oak kitchen cabinets are being installed and walls are being painted Anitique White.
9/02/05	Septic tank is in. Gas fireplace is being installed. Light fixtures are awaiting hook-up.
8/18/05	Ceilings are sprayed and wall priming/painting is in-process.
8/09/05	Drywall is up.
7/19/05	Exterior siding is complete. Interior drywall and mudding in-progress. Well is in-progress.
6/24/05	Downstairs windows are installed. Tyvek up. Exterior siding is in progress. Well permit is purchased.
6/06/05	Lower level concrete floor is poured. Electrical & Plumbing/Heat&AC subcontractors are hard at work.
5/27/05	Windows & sliding glass door are installed upstairs. Garage concrete floor is poured.
