Sugar Free Cranberry Apple Crisp
Ingredients
3 cups apples, peeled & sliced
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup Equal Spoonful
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup Equal Spoonful
Directions
Combine apples, cranberries and 1 cup Equal Spoonful in an
ungreased 10-inch glass pie plate. In separate bowl, mix together
flour, pecans, margarine and remaining Equal. Sprinkle mixture
over top of apples and cranberries. Bake in preheated 350
degree oven about 1 hour or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
Delicious with frozen yogurt!
