Tangy Cherry Milkshake

DIABETIC  FRUIT  CAKE

1 cup chopped dates
1 cup raisins
1 stick oleo-melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup pitted prunes-chopped
1 cup cold water
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts-chopped
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

Boil dates and prunes 3 minutes in 1 cup water.  Add
raisins and oleo-set aside to cool.  In second bowl mix
dry ingredients, add vanilla and eggs.  Then add moist
mixture and mix well.  Pour into a greased and floured
9"x13" pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

You can glaze it with a little sugar-free honey or syrup.

cut into 1 1/2 " squares and serve.
